Local delivery is for orders placed to be delivered within a 20 mile radius of Windsor Mill Md (21244). Please provide us with an address at which someone will be available to receive the package between 9am-5pm. If the business/residence has a receptionist/front desk the package will be left with them. If the business/residence is closed at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the front door. We try our best to make sure every package is delivered to a person. If no one is available for delivery you will be contacted via the phone number provided to us to be notified of the left package. Edible goods should be refrigerated immediately. Balloons/helium life span can be greatly effected by the elements of weather.
