Local delivery is for orders placed to be delivered within a 20 mile radius of Windsor Mill Md (21244). Please provide us with an address at which someone will be available to receive the package between 9am-5pm. If the business/residence has a receptionist/front desk the package will be left with them. If the business/residence is closed at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the front door. We try our best to make sure every package is delivered to a person. If no one is available for delivery you will be contacted via the phone number provided to us to be notified of the left package. Products from Kustomz By Kim LLC are time sensitive. Kustomz By Kim LLC is not responsible for any products/gifts that are not properly handled/stored after delivery. Edible goods should be refrigerated immediately. Balloons/helium life span can be greatly effected by the elements of weather. Kustomz By Kim LLC are not responsible for deflated balloons left after delivery.
